Activities, Rates, and Charges
The Activities page allows you to create your own 'activities' for your staff. You simply select 'Add an Activity' and then you enter the name of the activity and the rate you pay and charge for this activity. For example, you could enter an activity named Promo Staff and enter a rate of $25 per hr that you pay and $50 per hr that you charge. This will let the Invoice know how much to charge and the Payroll know how much to pay. You can edit the rates of any individual staff member as well in the Crew Page. So you may normally pay someone $25 per hr to be a Promo Staff, but you can pay a certain individual a different amount simply by editing that person's rates.
